What you need to know

We accept returns when products meet all of the following:

Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Certain categories (e.g., consumables, personal care, hygiene) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

Products that are opened, used, or tampered with.
Items purchased during clearance, promotional offers, or marked as “non-returnable.”
Damages due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Email care@energykart.co.in with order details and clear images of the product and packaging.
After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund depending on availability.

Keep original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Refunds (if applicable) are initiated once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer after confirmation.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the return is due to a wrong/damaged item sent by us.
If the error is on our end, BeingMount will cover return shipping costs.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
Pre-shipment cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
